Do not use the same mop that you use for cleaning. When waxing wet the mop first and then ring out all of the water. With the mop still damp you apply a cup of wax directly on your floor and start spreading it around. No buffing is required. Simply allow 25 minutes to past in order for the coat to cure and then if you wish you can re-apply a second and third coat in the same manner allowing 25 minutes in between each coat.
